When I get sick
Yes, even if you do all that you can, it will happen. This is what I do:
Do
- Take enough vitamin C to be symptom free
- I always take C with salt water, as it is a natural decongestant and antihistamine.
- Take extra Zinc
- Take extra D
- Take GSE, or Oregano Oil (if it’s real bad, I might take both)
- Drink Bone Broth
- Take hot baths with Epsom salts and borax
Don’t
- No sugar (blocks vitamin C uptake)
- No dairy (increases mucus production)
That is my basic protocol. If that does not work, then MMS is used, but you must NOT use antioxidants. Having knowledge and supplies to give yourself options is always a big plus!
